SHIPPING
We offer world wide shipping with a tracked service for orders over £20 in value. Please check your emails and spam folders for confirmations and tracking information and follow the estimated shipping times.
All prints are made to order and our lead time before dispatch is 1-2 working days. This is likely to increase during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and seasonal sales.
SHIPPING PRICES
Prices are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the parcel and location of delivery.
CUSTOM CHARGES
We do not currently cover international customs charges, so please be aware you may be asked to pay your customs charge before delivery of your order can be made.
RETURNS
We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at boobooskins@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return which must be sent to us within 14 days of the acceptance. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When returning your order, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number and package as received. Item must be returned undamaged and unused, with it’s original packaging. We would always suggest using a tracked service for your return or keeping proof of postage.
Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8 Pembroke Drive, Ponteland, Newcastle upon Tyne NE20 9HS.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned item.
Please note any custom prints/sizes are not refundable or exchangeable.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the above process and then place another order for the item you would like to exchange to.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders are made to order so if you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
